What You'll Be Doing?

• Manage the end-to-end performance of assigned warehouses and ensure operational targets are consistently achieved.
• Monitor and improve key operational metrics, including service level, productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, waste, and cost efficiency.
• Analyze operational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement sustainable improvement plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Managers and their teams to foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Optimize workforce planning, shift scheduling, and capacity utilization to meet changing business needs.
• Investigate operational issues impacting customer experience, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Customer Experience, HR, and Central Operations to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
• Support the implementation of new processes, operational initiatives, and strategic projects across the warehouse network.
• Promote and maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and operational discipline within all assigned locations.

What You'll Bring?

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, retail, e-commerce, or quick-commerce operations.
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations and leading large teams.
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools is considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic, fast-changing, and performance-oriented environment.
• Willingness to travel when required.
